Permitting & City Approvals
Community events need approvals from parks, streets, health, fire, and public safety departments, often on different timelines. We manage the full permitting sequence and the city relationships that keep it moving.
We Coordinate Vendors
Entertainment, food and beverage, tenting, staging, and signage, often from local vendors, are sourced, contracted, and managed by us. Your team has one point of contact for every moving part.
Public Safety Coordination
We create a safety plan with police, fire, and EMS for security, medical, and crowd management at events of every size, built around what the specific event and venue require, not a generic template.
Site Design & Logistics
We create CAD site maps and a site plan covering vendor placement, traffic flow, emergency egress, ADA access, and load-in, so every stakeholder works from the same plan and the same space.
Participant Communications
We manage attendee and volunteer communications, from public announcements through day-of updates and the guest list for VIPs. Promotion through social media, newsletters, municipal websites, and utility bill inserts stays with your team; we supply the event details, plus vendor and volunteer lists for your post-event thank-yous.
