BMW Dallas Marathon
One of the largest marathons in the Southwest. ESW has served as full production partner since 2012 — permitting, public safety, course logistics, race timing, and finish-line production across multiple days and race distances.
Carry The Load
We produce the Dallas convergence for Carry The Load's National March — a multi-day Memorial Day event that draws marchers from across the country to Reverchon Park, founded by two Navy SEALs to restore active meaning to Memorial Day.
Dallas Heart Walk
The largest Heart Walk in the country. ESW manages full-scale site logistics, volunteer coordination, donor VIP management, and public safety planning for 30,000+ participants across DFW venues.
JPMorganChase Corporate Challenge
A 3.5-mile corporate run open exclusively to company employees, held in Dallas as part of a four-city U.S. series. ESW serves as production partner alongside On Board Experiential, managing venue design, site layout, build-out, city permitting, course logistics, corporate registration, and the post-race concert.
Lunar New Year Festival
We produce the annual Lunar New Year Festival for the City of Richardson at DFW Chinatown — a free, multi-cultural celebration on Greenville Avenue featuring live performances, 20+ food vendors, and family programming that reflects Richardson's identity as one of the most culturally diverse communities in the Dallas metro.
Dallas Bike Ride
We handle full event operations for Dallas's only car-free social ride — a 20-mile route through downtown Dallas that brings 5,000 cyclists of all abilities together each May, benefiting local cycling nonprofits across the city.
Chevron Houston Marathon
We managed start line operations, the We Are Houston 5K, and the race expo for one of the country's top-ranked marathons — a World Athletics Gold Label event that draws more than 300,000 participants, volunteers, and spectators to downtown Houston each January.
McKinney Historic Half
We produce the McKinney Historic Half for the Dallas White Rock Marathon organization — the inaugural half marathon brought to McKinney, TX in 2026. Presented by BMW, the event benefits Scottish Rite for Children and introduced a new race weekend to one of the fastest-growing cities in the country.
Tulsa Heart Walk
We produce the Tulsa Heart Walk for the American Heart Association — an annual community walk in downtown Tulsa that brings together corporate teams, heart disease survivors, and families to raise funds for cardiovascular research and health education. Tulsa's energy industry corporate base makes it one of the stronger Heart Walk markets in the region.
Culture in the Core
We produce Culture in the Core for the City of Richardson — a free annual community festival in Richardson's downtown CORE District celebrating arts, music, food, and the cultural diversity that defines the city. In 2024, the event merged with Light Up Lockwood to create an expanded combined program.
OKC Memorial Marathon
One of the most meaningful marathons in the country — 26,000+ runners from all 50 states honoring the 168 victims of the 1995 bombing. ESW serves as start line operations partner, delivering precision logistics for the event's most critical moment.
Run for the Water
We produce Run for the Water for the Gazelle Foundation — Austin's only 10-mile road race and the city's largest fall downtown waterfront event, celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2026. Every dollar raised goes directly to clean water projects in Burundi.
Dallas Turkey Trot
We produce the Dallas Turkey Trot for the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas — one of the largest Thanksgiving Day races in Texas, drawing 25,000+ participants through downtown Dallas each year on an 8-mile course that passes Dealey Plaza, Deep Ellum, and the Trinity River.
Light Up Lockwood
We produce Light Up Lockwood for the City of Richardson — a free annual holiday event in Richardson's Lockwood neighborhood that brings the community together each fall with lighting, seasonal programming, and family activities.
Texas Big Star Half Marathon
A 13.1-mile half marathon produced with the Frisco Chamber Foundation. ESW manages full event production — course certification, city and campus permitting, timing, volunteer coordination, and public safety planning.
Dallas Katy 5K
A Thursday evening 5K along one of Dallas's most beloved urban trails, now in its 28th year. ESW produces the Friends of the Katy Trail's signature fundraiser — 4,198 participants in 2025, a record year.
