We build your vendor matrix, issue RFPs, negotiate contracts to control costs, and track accountability.
Permitting & Compliance
All permits filed, agency meetings attended, site plan reviews completed: we handle the permit process and the relationships.
Event Execution & Debrief
On-site production management, staffing, and coordination from the load-in of every vendor and materials through load-out, followed by post-event logistics: teardown, a documented debrief, and recommendations for the following year.

Vendor Management
We source, contract, and manage every vendor on-site, from staging and equipment to food trucks. One logistics partner replaces a dozen separate companies and relationships.
Permitting
Our permitting services cover all permit applications, agency meetings and communications, and compliance documentation, including fire code reviews, health and safety requirements, and certificates of insurance. You never chase a city department.
Site Design
Site design services: scaled site plans for every location, covering load-in flow, audience zones, vendor placement, emergency egress, and ADA compliance, so attendees get efficient check-in, clear signage, and accessible facilities.
Public Safety Planning
Coordinated safety plans and crowd management with Fire Marshal, police, EMS, and private security support. Reviewed and signed off before event day.
