Route Design & Permitting
We design walk routes with participant accessibility and crowd flow in mind, and manage the city permits required to use public roads and parks. Course marking and volunteer placement are planned around the route, not added after the fact.
Opening Ceremony & Programming
Staging, PA systems, mission moments, and ceremonial programming — the elements that make a charity walk feel intentional rather than improvised. We plan and execute the full program from arrival through the walk start.
Vendor Management
Opening ceremony staging, PA systems, tenting, signage, medical support, and participant amenities — every vendor is contracted and managed by us so your team isn't tracking down confirmations the week before the event.
Volunteer Coordination
